Geo-fencing for employees on the go
TimeTracker365 allows you to set geo-fencing. Make sure that any employee clocking into a location must be within a certain distance, or they’re not able to clock-in. Once within distance of the location, they can clock-in.
Phone Dial Clock-ins
Employees can call into a 1-800 number that asks for a few pieces of information, then clocks them in.
You can edit your “Caller ID” for each customer to limit clocking in from only specific phone numbers. This helps with location accountability.
