Phone Dial to Clock-in System
Simply have your employees call a toll-free phone number that asks 3 prompts to clock them in.
The automated system will ask for their company ID, employee PIN, and the customer location’s TTID.
Make sure employees are where they say they are.
Setup clock-ins from specific phone numbers for accountability
In each customer you can set up specific phone numbers that employees can clock-in from. This ensures that only specific phones are being used – usually a landline at that site, which holds employees accountable for being at those locations.
Setting up Phone Dial Clock-ins
Step 1: Go to the Tracker module, then go to "Phone Clock-in Procedure"
On the Phone Clock-in Procedure page you’ll find instructions on how to use the phone clock-in system. Employees dial the toll-free number provided, then enter 3 pieces of information – that easy!
Step 2: Make sure the users PINs and customers TTIDs are setup
The 3 pieces of information asked for during a phone clock-in are company ID, user ID, and customer TTID.
While your company ID is provided and the same for everyone, the user’s ID and the customer’s TTID will always be specific to the user or customer in question so make sure to set those up first. It’s quick and easy, if you need help from us we can assist for mass imports!
Step 3: Restrict to certain numbers and watch logs moving forward
To get the most accountability out of the system you can setup Caller ID in any customer profile under “Customer Tools”.
Caller ID restricts employees to only clocking in from specific phone numbers on the list. You can also monitor phone clock-in logs to see what numbers users called in from, what time, etc. as well.
